Nutley Edge is a beautiful venue. Hiring us for your seminar, meeting, training course or conference puts you and your team in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. In addition to our excellent meeting space and quality accommodation, we have eleven acres of pastures and woodland that are superb for team-building activities and perfect for relaxation.
We have twelve fully-equipped self-catering cottages, two of which are wheelchair-accessible, plus a 17th century Old Farmhouse. The Farmhouse can comfortably seat 18-20 people in a range of different layouts. Each cottage sleeps up to four people, the Farmhouse accommodates eight, and you can hire as many cottages as you need for your event. We can also work with you to plan special activities – anything from facilitated team-building exercises to building habitat for wildlife.
We have been used by a range of community and statutory organisations, including housing associations, police and local government, as well as charities such as the YMCA and the Alzheimer’s Society.

We have a range of packages available, from two-hour and full-day business packages to a residential business package which enables you to book several nights with us.
For larger corporate events we work alongside an established events planner, Sarah, who can deal with all your activity ideas and requirements, leaving one less thing for you to organise. There are a range of options from racing nights, treasure hunts, archery, laser clay-pigeon shooting to giant outdoor games and so much more.
