You can choose from twelve bright, spacious, open-plan cottages that sleep up to four people, plus the 17th century Old Farmhouse that sleeps up to eight. Two of our cottages are fully wheelchair-accessible. You will enjoy wonderful views over the rolling hills and surrounding forest.

THE OLD FARMHOUSE
A beautiful open-plan 17th century Old Farmhouse
Our Old Farmhouse dates back to the 17th century and is a beautiful mix of the traditional and contemporary.
The open plan living area downstairs has comfy arm chairs, L shaped sofas, wood burner and a large dining table seating up to 10 people.
For those quiet nights in there is a 52-inch SMART TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a range master cooker, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Downstairs also features a wheelchair accessible toilet.
The first floor has four bedrooms with zip and link beds, two of these rooms are en- suite and the other two share a family sized bathroom.

MEWS COTTAGES
Great views across the Ashdown Forest
These are five single storey cottages overlooking our paddocks and woodland.
Each cottage has two bedrooms with zip and link beds so you can have either super king or twin rooms.
The walk in wet room has a shower, sink and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and 60/40 fridge freezer.
The lounge/ diner is a spacious open plan room with patio doors to the individual decking area where you can find some garden furniture and stunning views. If your group has one or more mews cottages then the gates on the decking can be opened up to share a larger outdoor space.
There is a wall mounted Smart TV, Free guest Wi-Fi, sofa’s, dining table and chairs seating four and a selection of magazines/books for guest enjoyment.
The cottages are dog friendly with a charge of £35 per dog. (Maximum of two dogs per cottage.)
BEECH is the only mews cottage that does not have a walk in wet room it has a bath and overhead shower.

Three attractive timber-clad traditional cottages are located at the end of our site.
These two-storey cottages have a downstairs bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, open plan lounge/diner with patio doors into a private garden with garden furniture perfect for morning coffee or sit out for a relaxing evening meal.
The lounge has two sofas, wall mounted Smart TV, a selection of books and magazines for guest enjoyment.
The dining area has a table and chairs seating four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 60/40 fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, hob/oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with Velux windows in each.

ACCESSIBLE COTTAGES
Accommodation specially designed for wheelchair access
These two-storey cottages have a ramped entrance that leads directly to the cottage.
The downstairs has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with two armchairs and an electric recliner, dining table and chairs, Smart TV. The bathroom is a walk in wet room with shower seat and grab rails.
The downstairs bedroom has an electric fully height adjustable profile bed. The upstairs bedroom has zip and link beds so can be arranged as a super king or a twin.
We do have one manual hoist and a variety of slings for hire at £10 per day.
We have some other adaptations onsite so please enquire prior to booking.
